Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the store - Provide leadership and supervision to store employees - Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times - Oversee inventory control and manage stock levels - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends - Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the store - Conduct employee orientation and training programs - Collaborate with other managers to achieve store goals Requirements: - Previous experience in retail management or shift management preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures - Familiarity with inventory control systems and practices - Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis - Multilingual skills are a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Please note that this position is a Manager in Training role, which means that the selected candidate will undergo training to develop the necessary skills for future management positions within the company.
